Matt HannekenMatt worked in the Little Falls office for four years. After the acquisition of Dittmer Insurance in 2006, Matt transferred to the Brainerd office where he oversees the day-to-day operations. Matt has been active in several organizations in the Brainerd community. With his two children, Matt maintains a very busy schedule. Lowell CarlsonLowell joined Hanneken Insurance after the acquisition of the Dittmer Insurance Agency in 2006. Lowell has a degree in business management from St. Cloud State University and is a CPCU. With 27 years of sales and management experience in the industry, Lowell is a tremendous asset to our agency. You will find Lowell in our Brainerd office Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Lee DittmerAfter 30 years operating an insurance agency in Brainerd, Lee Dittmer sold his agency to Hanneken Insurance in February 2006. Since Lee's goal was to slow down but not retire completely, Lee remains with our agency. Teri SloughTeri Slough has been in the insurance industry since 2000. She relocated to the Brainerd Lakes Area in 2005 with her husband and 3 year old daughter to be closer with extended family. Teri has been working for Dittmer/Hanneken Insurance since her relocation to Brainerd. It is most likely Teri's pleasant voice you hear when you call our Brainerd office. Teri specializes in personal insurance customer service. She enjoys listening to music, traveling, and spending time with her family. Vi McKenneyVi McKenney has been in the insurance industry since 1989, including with Dittmer/Hanneken Insurance since 2002. She has lived in the Brainerd area all her life with her son. She specializes in personal insurance and agency automation. Vi has her CISR designation and is a Notary Public. Hobbies include fishing, reading, music, and traveling. Jan HeapyJan graduated from St. Cloud State University and began her insurance career working at American Hardware Insurance Group in Minneapolis. She worked in the personal and commercial underwriting departments for 27 years. In 1998 Jan and her husband decided to fulfill a long time dream and moved back to Brainerd. She found employment with Dittmer Insurance and has been with the agency ever since.
