Reiny HannekenReiny transitioned from farmer to insurance agent in 1983. Reiny began his insurance career as an agent for Farmers Insurance Group in Little Falls. Over the years his agency grew to be highly respected including being named Agent of the Year for his district in 1996. Reiny purchased the Dittmer Insurance Agency in 2006, welcoming the opportunity to transition to a fully independent agent. Reiny is the father of 6 and grandfather of 17 (so far!). Cory AndreaCory joined our agency in 2006. Replacing Matt in the Little Falls office, he has quickly acclimated to the insurance industry. Cory is the 4th family member involved in the agency (married to Reiny's youngest daughter Angie) and is the proud father of 3. Lois MetcalfLois has been in the insurance business since 1980. She started out working for Marshik Insurance in Little Falls until a move to the Twin Cities in 1983. There Lois worked for the Insurance Center as agency accounting manager and customer service representative. Lois and her husband, Vern, moved to Onamia in 1987. At that time Lois joined Hanneken Insurance. She is our Little Falls office manager and specializes in crop insurance. Vern and Lois have one daughter and Lois is active in her community were she serves on the Onamia school board and is a member of several community organizations. Lucy MonsonAfter many years of customer service related experience, Lucy joined Hanneken Insurance in 1998. Lucy moved back to Little Falls after living in the Twin Cities metro area for 22 years. Lucy is usually the friendly voice you hear when you call or stop by the Little Falls office. She specializes in handling your personal insurance requests.
